If you don't know how to tie a bowtie, I humbly suggest you learn because it's very easy and quick to learn. Here at our 5 star, tuxedo company, we have trained hundreds of men how to tie a bow-tie. It takes about 15 minutes of repetition making the knot over and over agin. Then you got it. When you tie the knot yourself, you can control the knot and how the bowtie looks, so you can personalize the knot to your own taste and style. I like that because I like a chunky knot, and I can get that when I tie my own bowtie. It's easy and fun. This white bowtie here, is not a high gloss satin, so it does not have extreme sheen. It's low sheen, so it can be worn with a suit or a tuxedo! You see, if my vest has 4 buttons, I can show my tuxedo shirt and the studs on the front of the shirt. Some vests are to high in my opinion, and they just overwhelm the whole look. Also, if the vests are too high, they don't fit the men with bellies well, because they get real funky at the top of the vest. You wouldn't know that, but we do, because we have been fitting men for tuxedos of all shapes and sizes 7 days a week for 30 years.
